"Time scale Tommie, please?" She pleaded, glancing at Stan shooting past again. She needed to give Tommie a reason for her "demands". Erm...

Rose waited quietly, blood pounding through her ears once more.
"Please, Tommie? Do you want to know what he did to me?" She wasn't sure if her voice was quieter or stronger. She blinked and paused, watching the windows carefully as she teased the knots out of Verso's mane.

Rose bit her lip, wishing she'd said nothing.
"Well you probably won't in a minute, but..." And she faded off before telling him about what had happened, about Stan knocking her out and taking her away. About what he did to her. About the way he tortured her afterwards, always seeming to be in her head, always knowing where to pop up so she was the only person that saw. About how he taken her again and again, sometimes just left in a corner for a bit, other times to fulfil his own sick needs. She shivered, her voice cracking on more that one occasion.

Rose bit her lip, watching as Stan came towards her, a dirty gleam in his eyes as he spotted the knife.
"Time to end your torture, princess. But you ain't coming out alive." Rose listened to the quiet words, held tighter to Verso's mane, arms around his neck.
"Tommie, I don't think there's any point. I have a feeling I'll be dead by the time you get here. No matter how fast you get here. See, Stan's spotted the knife I was planning on killing myself with. And he's bored of his games. He's been watching us slip apart, helping to break us. And now..." She faded off, Stan at the stable door.
"Booty call!" Came his taunting voice, before he snatched the phone off Rose and threw it to the floor, the knife already in his hand, point going for her throat.

Rose heard Tommie's voice before the iCrap fizzled out.
He does care... Something inside her had pushed him away, made her weaker. But Tommie still cared. She kicked Stan in the groin, sTHATS NOT NICEing as he fell backwards. She leapt onto Verso's back, as nimble as she was when things where sensible.
"Fuck you." She said to Stan, her tone cold. The glanced over at the phone and almost fainted for the second time that day. The iPhone had come back to life. She giggled, dismounted and grabbed it, back upon Verso's back before Stan could try anything. She tried to call Tommie back, but phone wasn't quiet up to it.
