This is where you can come to see all of the new things happening around Serenity Stables and Thunderbolt Ranch. These are mainly OCC things; the IC announcements belong in the Classifieds.

All threads that are dead (inactive) are moved here by staff so they don't flood the boards but can still be viewed.

All of the requests for character creation are posted here. When you finish, a staff member will either accept it or ask you to change a few things and then accept it.

Cellular telephones: the most common form of communication around. Create your phone here and send text message, pictures and voice mails to other people.

Otherwise known as 'IMs', they are quite nifty, simply put. Come here to chat up a storm through the glorious internet.

It's always good to have a journal to spill your feelings into. Ones made with paper and pen are overrated, though. Nowadays we all use online journals, where everyone can read about your problems and worries! You know you want one.

Pictures, pictures, pictures! You have so many, why don't you put them all here, for others to see? (Please do not stretch the boards.)

Yes, the wonderful colorful things that list who you love, hate, and admire. They all go here.

Before you are anywhere, you're in the driveway. It's also where the newbs arrive and stand next to their cars on their first day, staring at the tall stables like idiots until someone comes along and helps them.

Everything is sparkling white and kept that way by hired cleaners, though it's stupid since so much dirt gets there so often from the stables. It has five sofas and a mini kitchen area, great for hanging out.

It's divided into three sections: A (western), B (English), and C (Breeding), with one main tackroom in the middle. All of the horse stalls are in this building.

The arenas are separated so everything runs more smoothly. Western riders come here, where the arena is stocked with barrels, poles, cones, and other props.

A lot of the riders at Thunderbolt Ranch live in the dorms above the stables (the second and third floors). They range from one bedroom and a half-bath to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office. (Big, I know, but they aren't cheap!)

Outside is an arena made by the ranch owner working up the patch of grass often. There aren't any props, but it's bigger than the indoor arena and it's nice to be able to ride outside without the bugs of the trails.

There are two pastures, one for mares and geldings and one for stallions. They are fenced in and filled with a wonderful variety of grass. Humans can come here and sit and watch their horses, if they'd like.
(Horses are only in the pastures when the weather is nice.)

On the ranch there is a forest, and in that forest is a spiderweb of marked trails where you can ride your horse. There is also a variety of unmarked trails, though, if you're looking for an adventure.

It's the only street that leads to the new Serenity Stables building, and it might not even have a name. It's narrow and dirty looking, not a road most people go down for kicks.

It's big. It's red. It's a barn. It's also the Veterans' new lounge. Even though it dusty and run-down, they've made do by adding an old coffee table, a huge dirty rug, a small T.V., a cooler, and a couple of mismatched sofas.

They aren't as big and fancy as the old ones, but they're good enough. All the horses are in one section, and the tackroom is at the very end of the hall to the left.

The round pens are.. well, round pens. They're for lunging horses without a rope. Or, you could lunge them with a rope, too, if you really wanted to. Anyways, this is the place for ground work. There's seven of them lined up side by side.

It's small, it's not heated, but it's the only arena they have. There aren't any lights, but there are large windows on the side that can be opened to let in the sun.

The Endless Field (as it has been named) used to be used for farming. Now nothing grows but grass, and it's great for galloping on at full speed, or just for going for a walk with a friend.

These days this house probably wouldn't be considered a mansion, but over a hundred years ago when it was built it was. When the Veterans bought the property, this old house came with it, so now if someone from SS needs a place to stay, the doors of this 'mansion' are always open to them.

This is everyone's favorite place to get coffee in the morning, or any time of day really. It's also a good place to meet up with your friends, hang out, or meet new people!

Most people who go to or board at Thunderbolt Ranch or Serenity Stables live in one of these house that are scattered throughout the town.

It's a mall! They've got everything from GAP to Victoria's Secret to Kiddy Palace to McDonald's. You really can find just about everything here.

It's grades kindergarten through your senior year in high school. There are three separate buildings: Building A for K-5 grade, Building B for 6-8, and Building C for all of the high-schoolers. It's a private school, but it's not all that expensive. Enjoy your learning!

It's definitely not usually the happiest place in the world, but it can be once you find out they just took the cancer out of your best friend. Come here if you are sick, injured, in labor, etc.

It's a wide, grassy park, scattered with apple and pear trees, berry bushes, and colorful flowers, and there is a nice walking path around the edges and through the middle. Towards the left there is also a large wood-chip filled area where a jungle gym lays, as well as a sand-box and a swing set.

It's one of largest and busiest airports around, and right next door is a place where you can rent cars (mainly used for tourists but anyone can get one).

The best affordable hotel around: Holiday Inn. It's got all the fun stuff hotel's have, like a pool, exercise room, and room service. Enjoy!

It has everything a normal YMCA would have. A pool, a gym, a basketball court, etc.

The perfect place for teens to hang out, or for anyone to come to and relax and watch a movie. The best place to go with friends. Plus, who doesn't love the huge sodas, buttery popcorn, and horrible-for-you candy?

This is the horse auctions, where you can bid to buy a horse and potentially save it from a slaughter house. It's not necessarily filled with perfect horses but all they really need is some T.L.C.

It's a hot night club, with a great music (perfect for dancing!), a private, slightly quieter place for eating, and a bar for drinking alcohol. Make sure you bring your fake I.D.!

Weddings, funerals, masses, and everything else that can be the slightest bit religious is all held here by the faithful. The priest likes to be called Ralph.

If you get arrested you go to prison. It's as simple as that. So don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
